Lyle...you missed an opportunity to be even bigger. Had you gone the "hip" route of getting a PhD, you'd have been a rock star.

Much respect and appreciation for what you've done over the years.

Almost as if Eric was just blowing smoke about me, about Brad's paper, etc. Of course those numbers look random to me. why 18 for quad and 9 for ham? Though that's probably why most bodybiulders have garbage hamstrings

11 vs. 13 chest/back. Eh?

No matter. I love being right.

Not related but had a good chuckle @ Mike's cutting recommendation of doing MORE volume to generate an 'anabolic' response in hypocaloric phases. Shame, because the man does have a good amount of good info to be implemented, once you separate the wheat from the chaff..

I've developed a rule of thumb: anything Mike Isratel says is, by definition wrnog. And the opposite is therefore correct. I have literally NEVER seen him get a single thing right, I htin all of his advice is garbage unless you're on his drugs. He's wrong about volume being the driver on growth (and I bet he HATEDE that his own study showed that), he's wrong about training while dieting. He's wrong about EVERYTHING.
