Default Cat 2 RFL Progress

On my 5th week of the RFL diet this week. Have to say the programme works great.

Since January I went full on ketogenic diet. Lost a good amount of weight doing this. Have to say also the food was delicious.

Ended up hitting a 3 week plateau and decided to up my game. Purchased the RFL handbook and haven't looked back since.

Now ideally I should have moved to maintenance for a couple of weeks before jumping into this but decided to just push on through...

Weekly refeed added in around Sunday workout caused the weight spikes.

Highly recommend this to anyone willing to put in the work.

Great job Lyle.

Training revolves around the basics Lyle laid out in the book.
Funnily enough strength has marginally increased throughout the programme implying muscle loss has kept to a low rate which I'm pleased about.

After 6 weeks of RFL I'll be taking calories up to maintenance for a couple of weeks then blasting another 6 weeks out. Hopefully that will take me into category 1.

I've been utilising the ephedrine/caffeine stack each day, apart from the refeed day throughout also.
