Is 1000g carbs necessary?
I have started UD 2.0. Do I really need to hit that high? What is the reason for that? I have been on keto for over 3 months and dislike more than a refeed of 500g. I read the book several times. I can see the calculation and the two depeletion days needed for that high of carbs. I started on a Friday (carbup), did 500g the first weekend (and power workout) and one depletion day workout, the second day I did the muscles that weren't sore enough.
Do I really need to hit the 1000g threshold, when I can hit 500-600g and deplete it within the week or is there a mechanism that only that higher amount will hit? I feel horrible even on 500g.
