Anyone able to view these and provide me an estimate?

Im starting extreme rapid fat loss today I'm guessing I'm still slighty above 15%.

I'm 6'0 , 170 lbs and I just carb loaded and drink a ton of water if that matters. I have anterior pelvic tilt and bad fat storage patterns around the gut.

Thank you Lyle. This website is a game changer once you understand the mechanisms behind fat loss/muscle gain.

Spun my wheels for years prior to finding this site.

Yeah, I think you're still somewhat above 15%. And at your height and weight, I'd expect you to be considerably leaner. I'm not sure what's been happening with your training over the years, but, without meaning to be offensive, it hasn't been productive.

Torn pectoral 2 years ago set me back pretty much all the way. I just started back in 2017. That combined with massive substance abuse for 15 years and nerve damage in my early 20s from an altercation

I'll get there don't worry. Should hit 155 lbs this week then I can concentrate on the muscle mass.
