As peolpe get leaner, small BF changes = enormous visual changes.
When peoiple are fatter, big BF changes = small visual changes.

It's a ratio thing.

If you have 100 lb fat and lose 5 lbs that 5%
If you have 10 lbs fat and lose 5 lbs that's 50%

I have been doing the visual guessing method for years now...In any case looks like I'm somewhere between 15-20%.

True, it's really hard to tell exact fat % unless you get scanned.
