Maybe it doesn't -- I wasn't able to find one. Didn't know if it did exist and someone around here happened to know.

Thanks, but that study unfortunately doesn't apply as much, I think -- the 31 figure was based on people who were fasting / not strength training. With sufficient protein and strength training I would assume 31 is way off.

I also recall seeing something where the author revised the number to 22 I believe, but I don't know the context of that new number or if it was found under the desired conditions.
