Default Weightology.net

This is James Krieger's blog on the topic of weight loss, etc. I've known James online for years and he's one of the good guys. You'll see a lot of stuff on his site that is similar to what you read here and I highly recommend you check out his site.

Having read some of the comments to your posts (especially anything to do with Taubes), I'm really not sure why you bother.

Fine work though

James has a lot of good information on his site, been reading his stuff since his "The B.S. Detective" blog.

Trust me. It is possible to bring people from Taubes'ism down to earth.

For the past couple months, I've been trying to make Martin Levac see the light. I figured that if I could convince him, it would be possible to convince lots of people. But it's just not happening.

Start trying to convince people that are still thinking at least semi-rationally first. You have to build up to convincing the crackpots.
