Or don't. Some people do fine starting the fast in the middle of the day.

Someone help me out here.

I'm looking at Martin's clients and trying to understand how they get leaner and stronger/bigger at the same time.

They juicin? Superior genetics? He has a boatload of clients and a few are rare snowflakes and those are the ones we see? IF is just all that + a bag of chips?

Someone enlighten me.

Most are not getting bigger. They're getting leaner, stronger, and looking more muscular....which is awesome

It was also no mentioned whether they ate at the same level all the way through.

For instance, 8 weeks could have been 4 weeks cutting and 4 weeks bulking, or 8 weeks of a similar diet.

They followed an identical protocol throughout the period those before/afters represent.

Modifications were made when needed - such as adjusting training and calorie intake/macros. But there was no bulking/cutting or vice versa.

You have to remember everyone else doing IF who doesn't get the same result as the ones Martin has presented on his website. It simply doesn't fit everyone, and it certainly isn't the holy grail.
