Default The Protein book and Mass building?

I have been on the fence about purchasing this book and have one question that I am positive that Lyle or members could answer for me. Does the book go into detail in regards to overall nutrition plans when trying to gain mass? Obviously it discuss protein requirements when trying to build mass, but does it go into further detail in regards to calculating caloric need when building mass beyond just Protein requirements?

You don't need a book telling you how to calculate your needs, you need to log your foods and see what you maintain on - then increase calories and monitor your progress, adjust accordingly.

The book is worth buying regardless of goals.
