Cardio this AM. 45 minutes on the treadmill using the speed interval routine, although a fair amount of time spent learning the machine settings.

4% cottage cheese, bagel w/cheese, V8

salad, dressing, 2 eggs

apple, nuts

2 small pizza slices, cheese

Been a week since I started this log. Decided to wait another week before I way myself. Easier to tell if I'm making progress.

AM – legs, lower body

standing calf raise
leg extension
leg curl
leg press
squats
abdominal machine

4% cottage cheese, bagel, V8

salad, 2 eggs, cranberry trail mix

tuna and mayo, cheese, salad dressing

potato chips - ate more than I should have

AM - 45 minutes treadmill

almonds, salad + dressing, eggs, apple
pea soup, toasted raisin bread w/margerine, cheese
