Default Cannot go to the bathroom

I'm eating a lot of veggies and getting my protein. I know protein is greatly absorbed by the body so that part makes sense as far as not having to go. But what's happening to all these veggies if fiber is nature's broom and I still can't go?
I've also been taking psyllium husk and that's still not doing the trick.

Not possible, I drink a gallon of water a day and urinate all day.

I only starting taking the psyllium husk recently to help with the problem, what makes you say don't go nuts with the fiber?

Fyi, I usually eat about 300 calories from veggies a day. I use those microwavable frozen steam in bag kind and bag says 100 calories per bag x 3 bags. Each bag says 4 servings but that's a joke.

Pysllium requires you to consume a lot of water otherwise it may make things/make you feel worse.

Also PSMF is a low bulk diet, maybe you do not need to go. Then again some of us have issues with going no matter what we eat when doing psmf or keto. I don't eat veggies so I had to add fiber.

This was a good write up that helped:

Just my personal experience my movements are much better when lower fiber and minimizing a lot of fibrous veggies, sweet potatoes oatmeal etc. I guess ymmv.

Magnesium citrate 400mg 2x-3x/day can turn you into a tummy-rumbling fecal fountain in a day or so.

This is true, I find as little as 200-400mg with 1-2 meals and I blow up in the bathroom. On a non keto diet (not sure why its diffrent) I would need 5-7 times that amount. Mag Citrate seems to work better in a keto environment/more fat. Not that I have seen this in a study, just real world practice.

Do you drink coffee? It acts as a natural laxative as well. If you don't regularly have a cup and see if that helps.
