Looking through the App Store, there are endless apps for lifting. Enough that I figured Iíd ask here what people use and find useful - more than that, if there are any apps youíve found to be head and shoulders above the rest - and I suppose rants about apps youíve tried that turned out to be pure suck would help, too.
Personally Iím looking for something to calculate warmup sets and give approximations for what I should target when switching between rep schemes. Normally I just wing it, and that works reasonably well. But I figure, we live in a technological age, so why not see whatís out there.
Whatís good? Whatís irredeemably bad?
