Are you taking any supps to help with your joints?

The elbow pain is at least related to the amount of strain, but I've had good luck supplimenting glucosamine chondroitin MSM and chicken collagen (in the form of eating the joints from bone in chicken) with my own joint issues. I've done some research in the past on it, but nothing I remember strongly enough to say if there was just correlation or proof of improvement in the studies I read.

Thanks, I'll pick up glucosamine asap. my coworker recommended that too! I'm pretty sure its just a case of overuse because my elbow ext/flex movements went way up in volume since may. Right now its just fish oil. i'm icing and doing mini band pushdowns to get blood to the area right now.

wore elbow sleeves and capsaicin creme, kept everything really hot. iced afterwards. right elbow flared up a little, but not in pain now

bw was a touch under 207, and i'm 12.5 weeks out. everything is on schedule.

got some bloodwork done to keep an eye on things. things look pretty good except ALT/AST is pretty high. it was over the range before I touched a single drug, so I'm not terribly concerned. HDL also TANKED, went from 76 when I was on test only to 28, which is expected on tren.

Legs & Abs

SLDL: 140x10, 240x10, 320x5, 370x5, 410x9 (double overhand all, straps)
leg ext: 50x10, 80x10

progress shots. 87 days left. doubt anything will happen now, but i'll need to specialize on bring up my biceps, calves, lateral delts, chest (in that order) up after the show. legs/back/posterior delts can be put on maintenance. probably gonna do bi+calves+delts, then chest+calves in 6 week stints. long time away, just putting some thoughts down.

touch under 207, low teens bf%

db row: 80x10, 110x5, 140x3, 170x3x6 (last set straps)
db incline: 75x5, 90x3x8

side raise: 35x2x10
rear flye: 35x2x10

gonna make some adjustments for the elbow. i noticed the flats really flare it and inclines don't, so no more flats for a while. i'll do incline db, hs chest, and hs inclines from now on.

i switched to true nutrition milk protein and its nice. ate some cookies and ice cream the other night after taking ambien. i tend to sleepeat on ambien. okay, till next time.

nothing training wise but i ate an extra (500-1000?) cals at my aunts house in form of cookies candy and sweet things .. I am really good at compliance at my own place where I don't have any snacks, but tend to loosen up at other people's places

I'm decent with compliance on the greater dieting portion due to the rigid stance I take on the rules, but dear god the carb up days... I lose my flipping head trying to stay with the guidelines when I'm with others. I just feel like "EAT ALL THE THINGS!".... yeah.

I think you have to celebrate the small victories in that case, like saving a cookie for later instead of eating 3 in one go.
