Default Diurnal-cycling

Hi Lyle

I bought your protein book for some time ago..

Really like it, it looks good and feels good, just like James Brown, that crazy house, would have said!

well, to the point!

When I read about Diurnal-cycling in your book, there is some things that I'm not shure about, how to understand.

1)
When you write "Net protein breakdown" in context with diurnal cycling, do you then mean; protein brekdown from the mucsle during the night, or protein breakdown from the dietary protein??

2)
Is it right understood that diurnal-cycling is no problem as long as you train hard and get enough protein and calories? and if so, what about when you cut in connetcion with bodybuildning, there you don't get enough calories or what?

Actually I am a little confused about what your point is about diurnal-cycling. Is it somthing that you dont have to think about if you are a serious traning human beeing, or?

Hope you can help, or else, I will end up like a mad dog, hehe
