Default Calories burnt inline skating?

Quick question...

I am trying to estimate the calories I burn inline skating.

I am asking here because I think I remember hearing a few times that Lyle skates as well, and I assume he would have a good idea about this specific activity...

6', 170lbs, 11mph, relatively constant speed and effort...

Just looking for an hourly estimate - right now I am using 400 cals/hr as an estimate, but I am not sure if I am in the right ballpark.

(I know many different factors can change this number [wind, wheel size, etc] but I am just looking for a standard number when I do my calculations...

Thanks in advance
