I am new here, just my second post, still finding my way around the forum but I have a question. Do you think that while fiber may be filling is it really satiating? I mean I can eat meat and stop when full but how many times have people kept eating bread even when their full?

b. usually not very high in fiber in the first place. If you get a gram or two in an average piece, that's a lot.

right?

nevermind, I'm 98% sure you're a bot.
