Default 5 Hour Refeeds?

I know the efficacy of hormonal regulation of 5 hour refeeds were questionnable based on the Flexible Dieting. Since 4-5 years passed by, are there any new data that were tested other than mice about efficacy of the 5 hour refeed, not just filling muscle glycogen but regullating hormones (leptins, etc) as well? Thanks

Don't remember seeing any references to studies, but anecdotal evidence here on these forums is that 5 hours is enough to improve the hormonal picture, eg. morning temps, reduction of lethargy, etc.

the 5 hour-refeeds seem to do very little in terms of improving me being able to diet more easily except that I fill up muscle-glycogen a bit.

I do like to eat foods with just a tiny bit more fat than in the 1-day refeed that basically for me is just pasta and/or potatoes and protein-shakes/some meat because I wanna keep the total fat-intake under 50g.
