CKD without upper body?
So, I've had major success on CKD in the past.I love the diet program. I need to shred some fat, would love to do CKD, but my shoulder is going to be out of commission for a few months and I can only do selective core and lower body workouts. With that in mind, and that I cannot deplete the glycogen in my arms, chest, or back, do you think CKD would still be effective? I cannot deny that I do best on rigid programs like CKD. The strict schedule and diet rules help me focus and the carb load allows me to "cheat" a little. But if it is all a wash without the upper body, I guess I can keep doing what I am doing, which is a laid back TKD based approach.
