I would say no, body needs about 4 days to realize you're in deficit, unless ultra severe deficits ala ERFL.

Just go to surplus and eat some damn food.

ok that's cool
but I am going to take at least 1 week of deload before

Just by eating at maintenance I'm eating a "lot", what I mean by that is that I eat above my hunger, if I eat my fill I would be in caloric deficit

Well, your maintenance is somewhere around 1900 kcal.

I eat that in a 2 meals and call it boring Tuesday.

no my maintenance is 2700 calories
probably even higher given the fact that my weight had actually goes down slowly between december 1 2017 to middle of february 2018 (from 60kg to 59kg, and visually my legs had gets leaner)
