Default Bagels / Bread

I was wondering if you guys had any idea on what to put on those for on refeed days. I do not want to add extra sugar, so basically all I came down to was SF jelly (2g sugar/tbsp). Any other ideas?

Plain ones are good with fat free cream cheese (add some spice or hot sauce to taste)

smaller flavored ones are good by themselves (normally have more sugar than the plain ones though)

Sardines and tomato sauce (or a slice of tomato).

Sardines and chopped pickled jalapenos.

Sardines and salt/pepper and a squeeze of lemon/lime juice.

Sardines and thinly sliced raw onion.

It's a fatty fish, but think of it as a fish oil supplement...

I get frozen cin raisin and just plow through them, sometimes not even waiting for them to thaw. Still taste good after days of limited carbs.

low/no fat creamsheese
jelly
regular turkey/cheese sandwich
low fat faux peanut butter
plain cinnamonsugarraisin bagels

After that I've eaten around five bagels, so I'm ready to move on.
