Default Is 96.7 a safe body temperature?

I am just getting over being sick(with a fever) and over the last day have had a body temperature of 96.7 very consistantly. I have noticed that i "run cold" before and have done some research on the internet but can't find any details on how cold is dangerous. i don't think it's a problem but i would ike some verification please!

I have been taking my temperature orally with an electronic thermomiter.

Also, if my body temperature is 98.6 (the "normal" temperature) am i sill running a fever because this is about 2 degrees higher than normal for me? does that mean that a dangerously high body temperature is lower for me than average?
