Default Gabriel's method

Lyle, ever read this book called Gabriel's method by Jon Gabriel? I read it a while ago and he has some interesting explanations towards biochemistry of losing fats in the body. I know he's biased towards selling his audio CDs that I think more of using hypnotic approach to people to change their behavior and overlook at eating. He even talked about activating adrenaline to mobilize the FFAs in the bloodstream.

I like to read books especially about nutrition and fitness that's geared toward changing body composition, I grew up as a chubby kid but lean now although lack in muscle mass but I am still in pursuit of knowledge from different perspectives. Some other books I've read were the abs diet, the body fat solution, girth control,ud2,the keto diet, knowledge & nonsense, nutition for dummies

True, I could have paid $100 for the GC if he asks me to but I think every successful dieter provided they're not genetically gifted had learned their part in making mistakes, even that great scientist I forgot what his name was said "I did not fail,I just found another way that doesn't work"
