Question Podcasts?

What do you listen to?

I listen to Leigh Peele and the Fitcast but are there other good ones?

I think I have listened to all of Leigh's now, and the Fitcast I have plenty to go but want more variety too.

I pull up the "fitness" ones on Itunes and well, there are like 100+ choices and I bet 90% are a joke.

Also what NON-fitness related Podcasts are good. I like to listen to them while I am doing chores, getting ready ect.

for non-fitness I rely heavily on cbc.ca and bbc.co.uk - both have a lot of radio programming available for podcasting/downloading.

on CBC.CA I highly recommend Randy Bachman's Vinyl Tap

It seems that the podcast option for vinyl tap doesn't exist anymore.

http://www.cbc.ca/podcasting/index.html gives you list of all the CBC podcasts.

Apparently the interview/podcast I did with reality based fitness was so popular it crashed their servers.
