I agree with the nay-sayers.

This diet is designed for rapid fat loss in the context of a low amount of physical exertion. The best effects are from weightlifting to maintain muscle mass.

Cardio, especially medium intensity long duration-type like running is not a good fit for this diet.

The hormonal response from this type of cardio does not work with the RFL diet. You will burn out fast and become a HAES type because you will equate dieting with pure misery. That's the low cal diet + excessive cardio death trap. A lot of bodybuilders and fitness competitors will attest to this.

There is a dieter's paradox, you can either:

1 - Eat less, exercise less, or
2 - Eat more, exercise more.

6 miles per day running would fall under 2, which is not RFL.
