Default Eggs vs Egg whites

Sorry, but I can't seem to find it in the book. I know egg whites are acceptable because of the calculator, but why not whole eggs? Too much fat?

Yes. It has some protein but also a lot of fat.

A whole egg has 5 g of fat, from the yolk obviously. That's the rough maximum per meal on RFL. You can still throw in a yolk every once in a while though. It'll improve taste and adherence and it's still only 45 extra calories. Higher-fat protein foods are okay in small amounts.

i just did RFL for about 5 weeks and had 1 whole egg with my cup of egg whites everyday.

As long as you arent going over the max fat intake for the day then i think its ok.
