Yeah, it was a bit of an eye opener to see how much I burn when I'm doing housework. It's a bit of an incentive to keep the house cleaner as well!

I know, right? I have neglected my house and have a plan of attack for this whole week. Now, if only I could sell other people on cleaning my house for me as a means of whole body workout...

Does this thing count the calories used for muscle repair after a workout?

The answer to this is probably yes, but I thought I would check anyway.

It doesn't specifically give you numbers for that, no.

Cheers, I only really wanted it to figure out the difference between calories used on WO days and non-WO days due to muscle repair. If it doesn't show that, you just saved me 200!

Anybody knows if I can charge the bodybugg/gowear fit with a usb charger? Might be away from the computer for a 10-14 days and was wondering how to charge it.

Thanks!

Raj: Yes, you can charge a GoWear Fit from a USB charger. However, it only holds about two weeks worth of data, so I'd try to get it hooked up to the 'net at least weekly.

Will be out for exactly 10 days. I'm guessing it should hold the data without a problem since it says 14 days.
