As in LBM or actual muscle tissue (i.e. the ~100g that makes up 1lb of LBM)?

The latter ends up being significant after a couple years; 30 lbs gained over a couple years would be an extra 180 calories. That's more than half a muffin!

Of course, OP that's not going to contribute to theravenous hunger. that's probably your body making one last-ditch effort to get you to stop the strange new stresses you're putting it through and get back to the couch and eating crap. Don't quit!
