The article took an unexpected turn.

I got the take away point though: girls.

I saw your article on the BB website, then I found this article. I don't remember why, its been 8 articles.

I foudn the following part interesting given that you talk about over training on these articles, including that article of over training you recently did.
"At one point I was training legs 6 days/week, 4 weight days and 2 jumping days. That was on top of maintenance aerobic work, technical work and some GPP (walking in a weighted vest every night)."

I did something like this recently, though maybe not to that extent. I recently started training at Rugby after being a couch potato all my life. Longstory short, for the past month and a half I ended up waking up 2 hours before my usual time to do my weightlifting, 45-75 minutes depending on the lifts and my rests. Then in the afternoon do 3.5 hours of rugby training. I was a previous couch potato, really I was a fat boy that sat around all day. My body handled it pretty well though. Maybe only one day I had asthma like symptoms, but that was from running during the training.

One question, not sure if your into this stuff: How did you decide to ditch weight lifting?

At any point in your career or in your training did you encounter the thoughts of how muscle mass itself was important regardless of strength. ie. Muscle mass made you slower, muscle mass acts as cushioning from falls etc.

Was thinking muscle mass may have some impact on the tendons which in return have an effect in keeping parts from getting dislocated, say you fell skating and attempted to break the fall with a straight arm.

I have exactly zero idea what you're asking about in terms of ditching the weight training.

Just, what made you stop wight lifting? You didn't like it or was there something specific that made you want to stop. ie. you reached your limit and didn't feel like doping, you broke something

Never read this series before, just finished part 2. Question: Are/were the strip clubs in Austin that good or were the frequent visits purely out of boredom?

Why are those two things mutually exclusive?

I suppose they don't have to be but I'd think that if they WERE good, one wouldn't always wait for boredom to set in.

I suppose a third possibility is you fell in love with a stripper and were convinced she always came to you because she felt the same way and DEFINITELY NOT because you always drop $200 on lap dances in the span of half an hour.

EDIT: Just finished up, enjoyed the series a lot.
