IT can but it's currently only in PDF format so it won't scale like an epub or .mobi. So it may not be easy to read. At some point in the future, I will get the conversions done.

I'm not completely sure about the book but, could you tell me if its right for me? I'm 225lbs 5'10 35 years old about 20% BF. Been involved with fitness for a long time. Recently though, I've been overcomplicating things, and have failed to stick to a plan. Kinda be yo up dieting I think, lose some, gain it back, repeat. Would this book be good for me? Also is there a certain workout plan? I have my own system which is why I'm asking. I want to get lean enough to try ud2
