![]() I think i may be the only one but I'm having a hard time grasping if there is an actual diet recommended by Master McDonald
I got my maintenance macros. They are: P: 224 g C: 183 g F: 49 g If I want a 500 calorie deficit I take it from fats and carbs. A sample would look like this: P: 221 g C: 127 g F: 27 g I would refeed 2 days a week since I am category 1. Is this correct?!?! Thank you Theo |

![]() Really would not recommend putting fats below 50g. Too restrictive.
The whole point of this damn book is creating a diet that encourages long term adherence! That might mean NOT trying to force a 1500 kcal diet with awkward food choices. |
