Okay. I'm setting up for it. My question now is how to get 24-30 hour window set up such that Both depletion workouts (60%) and Tension (70-85%) workouts fall on MORNINGS of the weekdays (i usually workout either first thing in the morning) and to time the 24-30 hour window for carb-ups.

I was looking at:
Tues/Wed morning 60%
Friday evening -> want to shift to morning or at least afternoon
to how to carb up properly into weekend using
Sunday as power workout
Monday as rest day.

Thoughts?
