Day 26 - 175.4

Wow - down almost 1 lb each of the last 2 days !

I am really starting to struggle with eating the same things every day. My mood is not in a good place right now. Especially at work but we have been crazy busy there so that's doesn't help.

I also find that I feel kinda light-headed a bit until I have some coffee and take the ephedrine. In the morning and in the afternoon as well. Not sure if that is a normal thing but I am looking forward to getting off the ephedrine and back to my normal 1-2 cups of coffee a day.

If I can just get through this weekend then next week I should be okay during the week and at this point planning on finishing on Friday 4/21.

Day 27 - 175.1
Day 28 - 174.5

Still creeping down slowly and again, I didn't gain anything after my free meal on day 26.

Had fish and chips and then went for a workout after.

Workouts have seemed to remain steady throughout except I have lost a little strength in my legs and chest.

Wonder if I can break 170 by day 33 ?

Not going to have my usual refeed tomorrow as I do plan on ending at the end of the week.

I used to do it 1 ERFL before my free meal. You can do ERFL on day 33. I found it durable since you can have refeed after.

I have seen ERFL mentioned before but cant find any information on it - what exactly is it ?

Erfl: 4 days eat RFL style, walking 8 hours each day or walk fast 4-6 hours. The key is exercise as much as you can, for 4 days then take 2 weeks off. I couldn't not find my erfl file but I think you can lose 1b of fat a day. They did this experiment on cat 3 men.

thanks firedragon - i dont think i will feel like doing that come Friday. Im hoping i will be satisfied with the end results by that time !

Day 31 - 172.6 !

Wasnt expecting to lose a pound but i like it ! Breaking 170 by Saturday morning is definitely attainable now.

Wow these last few days have been brutal. Zero energy and i feel like i am walking around like a zombie.

cant imagine how i am going to feel tomorrow as i was planning to do one last workout on my last day.

Day 33 - 172.2 - weight loss is slowing to a crawl now, no hopes of breaking 170 by tomorrow morning.

No worries though as i think the end results will be pretty good.

Last day of active dieting today !!

Wow I cant believe how crappy i have felt all week, tomorrow morning cant come soon enough for my last weigh-in !

Will post progression pics tomorrow along with the final tally.

Final weigh-in - 172.20

After the struggle I went through this last week, the scale did not pay off this morning.

Oh well - im too happy right now to be done that it really doesn't matter !

Onto my weekend carb load along with finally enjoying a few beers !

Then my plan is to do 2 weeks at maintenance and see where I end up.

If I feel like I still want to loose a few pounds then I will do something with a more moderate deficit, trying to cut back during the week and still enjoy the weekends.

Anyway final pics coming up.
