you're probably correct and better off for doing so

I just remember someone casting doubt on the 10:1 ratio thing being super critical to the synergy of E and C, and I happily took it as an excuse to sip my caffeine instead

it might have been something about 10:1 only showing a mammoth difference in a few studies, or only studies with the obese, or something or other. dunno.

Is there any explanation for strong caffeinated coffee making a 28 year old adult male very tired? I remember times not that long ago when I never drank coffee, having a random cup would make me feel very wired like it should, but lately since I've started drinking a strong cup every morning, I feel very sleepy during and an hour or 2 after having it. Like a noticeable change from pre-coffee and a few minutes after I start drinking it.

I do a roller coast with 3 cups of coffee.

Very short term, like 10 minutes, I feel super warm and happy.

Medium term, 30-60 minutes, I sometimes feel super tired

Couple hours later, wired.

Nighttime, can't sleep.

I don't use hot tea for go-juice because it's so warm and cozy that it makes me sleepy. I'm a caffeine addict, so perhaps it's just not enough caffeine to make me go. Or just psychological stuff where I associate tea with sleepy-time. So maybe something similar with you and coffee?
