Lyle, is it possible to touch the feet without rounding low back?. I lack hams-low back flexibility, and prior to the workout, perform stretching like that, and dynamic stretching such http://stronglifts.com/7-dynamic-str...-hip-mobility/

It can be done by people who are absurdly flexible and/or who have very long arms. I wouldn't say it's typical or necessary for most people to be able to do it.

Hey Lyle, these articles helped me with my warm up procedures, thanks! No longer falling for the assumption that if you stretch before a workout your tendons will snap, ha!
