As I said in the article, in my opinion the only problem with caffeine is when you don't have enough of it.

I got hooked on high end coffee a few years ago....Lol, I use a Brita pitcher to pour the water into my coffee maker, which ALSO has a water filter...and Memphis uses artesian well water. OCD much?

Well, taking triple filtered super dooper pure water, and mixing it with roasted beans grown in some Third World jungle, might be a bit much

I always get a kick out of my employer (Whole Foods, which owns Allegro Coffee) brag about how they make sure the people who farm the beans are paid a living wage...


...yeah, that's easy to brag about when a living wage is $2.40 a day in Guatemala!

Thank god. Because if you said we need to give up coffe to get lean I might have had to do it.

And that wouldn't have been good for anyone.

Great article. I've been curious about caffeine and insulin sensitivity recently, so it was coincidentally and perfectly timed.
