So if the ERFL (is that the new acronym?) can take off 5-6 lbs in a week. Combine that with DNP and contest prep should only take 2-3 weeks next year for me.

I haven't gotten the new book yet, waiting for it to come individually since I've already got RFL. I have read the study it's based on and did my own guestimate of numbers. I would be curious why you say this.

Looking back at my prep this Spring I was doing 2x 1 hour sessions early on 3-4x days a week while on 500 mg of powder DNP before it got too hot to do them outside and lost fat like crazy. I hate long cardio inside when my gym doesn't have individual TVs so had to stop.
