I'm guessing just walking all day with RFL cals? Would be great for a hiking trip or something like that. Or just go golfing two rounds every day. One round takes ~ 4,5 hours. That might do the trick. I actually know people who do that quite often during the summer season but they eat plenty.

I'm guessing that you'll find out when it's available.

*Squee*

A definite buy for me. I loved RFL. I dropped quite a bit of fat and lost no muscle as far as I can tell.

Quick addendum, I was made aware that the booklet mentions the calculator but originally that only came with the full package. I've reedited the version available at my site and if you redownload it you'll get the calcaultor instructions too.

If you got it on Amazon, send me your receipt via PM and I"ll send you teh calculator directly.

Purchased.

Thanks for writing this up and offering it. Already own RFL and Flexible diet and have used principles from both. Finished a Cat 1 RFL two months ago to diet down before a DEXA scan, and lost 3 pounds of fat and have kept it off.

Started 166 - 168, currently maintaining around 162 - 163 lbs.

As stated, this looks to be a great tool if crunched for time. Did you have any test subjects for this Extreme RFL?
