Default Back to RFL - Cat 2

32/F
5'4" and ~130lbs
~ 26% BF (CAT 2)

Okay, guys - I decided I'm going to do another round of RFL. My diet has been of all over the place the last few weeks and as a result my weight has crept back up to my pre-vacation weight. I'm going to run it as a CAT 2 since I'm on the cusp and I don't have any major event/deadline coming up. My goal right now is to get fit for summer. I have a belly "pooch" that I'd like to eliminate. In terms of stats, I think my current goal is to get below 125lbs. But, again, appearance/measurements are more important to me right now than the number on the scale.

Workout & Supps

Full body routine 2x/week

Calcium
Magnesium
Potassium
Fish Oil
Multi-vitamin
** EC Stack -- may add this later on
