Default BMR boost from t3?

Just wondering what type of boosts bodybuilders who doses t3 at 50mg or even 100mg might see?

Yes I understand there is muscle loss above 50mg if you don't use steroids.

I meant to write 50 mcg / 100 mcg, not mg.

personally, probably about a 5% increase with 50mcg, maybe a little more even (going by estimated vs actual weight loss..don't hold me strictly to this). dunno about 100, lasted a day or two before nasty side effects (ravenous hunger, headache, eyeballs feel like popping out). Was just on t3 alone, no clen added (terrible side without any reward)

Why would it increase your hunger if the metabolism boost wasn't that much higher?
