Day 16 - 179.6
Day 17 - 180.0
Day 18 - 178.5

Lowest weight yet, surprised it didnt go up more after my refeed on Day 15 !

Been feeling pretty lethargic lately and feeling a bit more hungry than i have so far. Actually I am very surprised that I havent really had many cravings yet although they are starting to creep in now.

Day 19 - 178.2
Day 20 - 178.5
Day 21 - 178.0

Again my weight didn't go up much after my free meal Friday night - I really thought it would as I went crazy on pizza and had a slice of pumpkin pie !

Looks like I am on schedule to be down at least another 2 lbs for the week - will see tomorrow !

And sorry I was re-arranging my pics on photobucket and the links don't work anymore, will update them after week 4.

Day 22 (3 weeks complete) - 177.20 !

Down 2.50 lbs for the week and is keeping me motivated to keep this up for at least a couple more weeks.

Day 23 - 178.70 - Yikes what happened ?

Had a refeed last night but wasnt expecting that

Last week my weight didnt fluctuate much after my refeed and free meal but i guess not this week.

Im sure its just water weight so not really worried as long as my end of the week weight is good !

You had a refeed and weight went up. This is normal.

Day 24 - 177.1

Not sure if my scale was wonky yesterday or not but up 1.5 in a day and then down 1.5 next day seems strange.

Anyway seems good today !

Cravings are starting to creep in a bit more now, even for foods i normally dont eat.

Yes i understand that is normal but i havent seemed to fluctuate that much after my refeeds or free meals. Anyway all seems good today.

Re: cravings - same thing happens to me after a 2-3 weeks of hard dieting. I don't normally have a sweet tooth but I start to really want sweet pastries, ice cream etc. after a while. It has happened to me on UD2 and other diets. I don't think there is much one can do except either 1) suck it up, or 2) adopt a less extreme approach. I am currently going for option 2 at the moment.

Yes currently sucking it up but not sure how much longer i can last !

Day 25 - 176.2 !

Looks to be a good week so hoping i will be able to end this diet on 4/21 which would be 33 days.
