Start Date 03/23


Bronkaid when needed (pre workout and at work), caffeine upon waking.

Lifting 3-4x/wk and a job walking 5-10 miles a day.

It's been nearly 3 weeks and I'm down to 167lbs, I logged my progress on reddit's PSMF sub but it seems to be a little more active here.
I haven't had my BF% tested professionally but today I used multiple caliper equations and took the highest number which was 27%.

Looking to go two more weeks before a diet break, then I'll reassess from there.

I've managed to stay well under my fats since I started, FF cottage cheese has had me over on carbs and protein several times though. I still stay under 1200 calories which has been showing motivating results while being sustainable.

Today I tried for a refeed, 154p 292c 55f and I am now time I'll use a carb source OTHER than oatmeal... It did have a positive effect when it comes to wanting MORE carbs after eating my carb allowance though, I had to shovel that crap down.
Initially I had planned on just getting some cereal but I'm trying to move away from eating because it tastes good as that's what brought me here in the first place.

04/3/17-Free meal-came in at 1500cals
