Curious,
Would Casey Butt’s Maximum Muscular Potential Calculator work for women as well?

It's telling me that at a height of 5'4", wrist of 6" and ankle at 8", I can get to 150lbs of LBM. Does that even sound possible/probable for a woman? To me it just seems a little out there... sans drugz anyway.

Heh, the calculator tells me im 36lbs away from my genetic max

Interesting though, using the calc at 8% bf, i get 212lbs (195lbs lbm). At 12%bf, that supposedly goes up to 223lbs (196lbs) and at 15% bf it is 234lbs (199lbs lbm). This is at height 74', wrist 6.7, ankle 9.25.

Funny how it doesn't seem to scale linearly, and obviously seems to bias its results towards a lower bf. Anyway, most important thing this told me is to Eat

True, but to determine my current amount of LBM I would.

Based on what I've seen, I highly doubt that. What's your stats and do you have some recent pics?

"Many of us"? Really, who?

Sporto, and maybe Joel, are the only naturals who surpasses my model, for example. Sporto has one of a kind genetics. I'm not sure if either posts on this forum.

Joel is not natural (strictly speaking) and are you sure Sporto surpasses it. If so, I do'nt think it's by much. He's awfully tall. And a freak.

Based on some conversations with him in the past, yes. Not by much, we're talking (height in cm) - 97 to 99, something along those lines. I can't quite recall the specifics, but I think he's 185 cm and 86-88 kg in contest shape (freakishly lean for a natural at that).

guess I shouldn't have said already there as I have lost weight/strength since being injured

My current stats are a bit skewed as I am recovering strength on my squats and presses to pre-injury levels. But lets just go by your model on a previous size/weight, correct me if this is wrong.

my height = 172cm
172-100=72kgx2.2=159lbs lBM

at my heaviest pre injury levels I weighed 190lbs at about 14-15%.

so 190x.15 = 28.5lbs of fat
190-28.5 = 161.5

here is the pic at 190lbs:
