Default BCAAS and YOHIMBE

Hi i wanted to know if ingestion of BCAA'S would impair the affects of YOHIMBE - as they do release a certain amount of insulin to be released ?

Thanks

Default Yohimbine without caffeine?

I know it's recommend to stack Yohimbine with 200mg of caffeine... I'm curious how effective Yohimbine is without the caffeine? Is it not worth using unless stacked with caffeine? Searched the thread and couldn't find an answer. Thx in advance.

Default Long term usage of Yohimbine

So I've read this a couple of times,
"Yohimbine builds up in the body over time and will have a greater effect with regular use."

Is there any benefit to taking Y HCL daily/long term so that it builds up in the system or so that you maintain current stores (like creatine supplementation?) even if you are not using the SFP currently?

Would long term Y supplementation have any benefits or is it a waste of time and money? After doing a cycle of the SFP, would a return to doing the SFP (after a short bulk or something) be any easier or more effective if you had taken Y during the break?

What would be a dosage to maintain body stores of it over the long term if possible?

For cutting purposes, is yohimbine hcl effective continuing to be in a fasted state post cardio?

Yes you need to be fasted for it to work... that means no sweetners, BCAAs, cream in your coffee, its...

When it comes to leaner individuals, is it more beneficial to take an EC stack or YC when fasted, assuming you're not doing anything particularly active ? For example, I generally practice IF and eat around 1-2pm. Assuming I can't do cardio in the morning but I wake up at 8, would it be more beneficial for me to take YC at 8am and then an EC dose at noon? Or would it be better to just do an EC dose at 8 and again at noon since I'm not doing cardio to burn the extra mobilized fatty acids?
