It won't. Because everybody is an exception and a unique and delicate flower and everybody knows that they need advanced diets.

On a side note, I LOVE that book series. Sturm is my favorite character and I am waiting for someone to make it into a good movie series.

What!? This is heresy. There is nothing in here about the incredible new fat burner on the market that obviates the need to have a caloric deficit. People just need to take this feel and do 7 minute abs and they will have a 6 pack.
