This sentence sort of went over my head. I don't know if it was the point you made in parenthesis or if it was the fact you went from this sentence write into talking about olympic lifting.

It could just be me. Actually probably is. But definitely need to add an "s" at the end of the word bodybuilder.

I hadn't heard of t-nation before BR. Nor taken a supplement in my life. Maybe it's time to check out THE PLAN FOR RADICAL HYPERTROPHY.

Typo in the para beginning "You can contrast that to successful bodybuilders" @ "you have to spend eons figuring out how to do the ‘perfect rep’"

For the more OCD out there like me, would you call someone an intermediate based upon their strength performance wrt various strength standards? Would different body leverages and variations in strength make this invalid?
