Your welcome.

I recommended the additional punctuation because there were two separate sentences, as opposed to an insertion of information. It's not really important though - style matter instead of a grammar matter.

On a tangent, it would be interesting to see an article on ways to increase training capacity. If it's possible. And if you haven't already written it.

In the realm of endurance training it is so hard to decipher between overtraining and an acceptable level of training fatigue. I suppose the only way to really know is to take a couple of weeks off and see how one feels?

See, there's going to be at least two more parts of this article and, if I were a betting man, I'd bet on me probably making some sort of commentary about that type of thing. I am nothing if not tediously thorough.
