Default Fat Mobilization under 12%

Lyle -

I'm a male at <12% bf, and getting rid of the last few pounds is a real bitch.

I've found that fasted walking has been the best for getting leaner, and have had little to no success jogging, skipping rope, complexes, and other high intensity cardio. At least up until now; I'm barely seeing any progress.

For lean individuals, is it better to do higher intensity activity to increase the catecholamine response, or is it better to keep doing what was working in the past, but accepting a much lower rate of fat loss?

It seems dumb to start doing high intensity work, which never worked for me, but I'm not sure what else to do.

This is exactly what the Stubborn Fat book is all about. But I would tell you that UD2 will also get you to <10% if you are really at 12%. And you could get there in 4 weeks.

Good article Lyle. I saw this on Jimmy Smith's facebook wall post today, his article seems going no where.

Well, that's similar to what I've been doing. I had no results until I read the stubborn fat book. I've been on a full keto diet doing the SFP, for about 3 months. It's barely working; I'm still stuck at 12%.

The degraded fat oxidation in obese was a surprise to me, are you Lyle going to write an article about this particular subject in the near future, or can you give me some pointers to look for in finding strategies to remedy this?
