I'm just being goofy. Basically, did you make sure they spelled his name in all caps and included the exclamation point as part of his name in the chart?

As detail oriented as you are, I can see that happening and think they looks they may have given you would have been funny.

I am probably projecting a bit...our dog is Tai and the cat is Tia. This causes all kinds of confusion at the vet and/or kennel.

Lyle, after this, maybe there's room in the market for a weight loss for dogs book - perhaps the Fat Dog Solution!

More seriously, dieting dogs is easy. They eat what you give them. That's it. If pets are fat, it's because their owners are bad. It's a shame we can't create athletes.

I know, I've been pondering that throughout the day here........
100% guaranteed ALFIE will lose weight as you apply 2 rules (only 2 I can think of):
(a) you feed him the type of food dogs eat (i.e. he's not going to do too well on a lentil diet!!)
(b) as he's already overweight, you reduce the amount you give him until he visibly looks about the right weight.

that's it! Slaps you in the face sometimes hey?!

Maybe add sub-clauses
(c) take him for some exercise and (d) spend time with him
and you've got added physical, mental, emotional, social etc wellbeing thrown in.......

it's just not much more complicated than that, right?

....and yet, it is sometimes. you know what i mean? i mean, it's like - there's a place for the details too?
maybe as long as we don't miss the forest for the trees.........

Doggies would probably thrive on lowcarbs. They are carnivores.
