Slideboarding in front of a garage door seems mind-numbingly boring. Seems portable, why not take it to the gym or rink and stare at chicks while you sway back and forth?

a. it's not in front of a garage door
b. it's not that easily portable
c. there is no rink or anytihng like you have in mind nearby
d. part of the reason I like it is the convenience of doing it at home

Any more dumb questions?

Based on the stuff you write I would never think of you an endurance athlete.

What was your half-marathon time?

I would never run that far unless chased.

I SKATE half-marathon distances. Seriously, read the other articles on the site. This is all addressed.

Sorry, I don't know anything about skating. Didn't know they have half-marathons. What kind of times do skaters do half-marathons in?

Depends very much on the course. 35-45 minutes or thereabouts.

This may seem counter-intuitive, doing more work on less total dyas
Notwithstanding the typo, nice article.
