Default Bromocriptine 4 week use enough?

I've purchased and read the Bromocriptine book and have a question

I've also searched the forum to find the specific answer but unfortunately haven't

Is a 4 week use of bromocriptine enough to fix leptin resistance from around 8 months of very low carb / keto type dieting?

I believe I may have caused some metabolic damage

The reason for the 4 weeks is that I will be going on holiday

I've stopped dieting and on maintenance calories with more carbs in my diet and have been for the last 8 weeks. But I do feel that I may have slowed my metabolism down

Would 4 weeks bromo be useful?

No. Im 90% sure that, whilst under the drugs affects, it has an effect. Once the drug is out of your system, you revert back to however you were.

Cpl weeks at maintenance should do it however

bromo doesn't fix leptin signalling - it MIMICS it.

so once you stop bromo your baseline letpin transport issues may still be there.

Thanks Relos and Myles, appreciate your reply

I'll go off the diet as Lyle mentions and then reassess things when I return from holiday
